Nadra has started its regional office in Lora village for the sorrounding areas more than three months ago. In June this year Deputy Speaker Murtaza Javed Abbasi innaugarated the office and said that the development of remote and backward areas was the top priority of the incumbent government.

However, right now this office is of no use to the villagers. Neither Nadra Office has any electricity connection nor a generator. Staff is being paid for nothing as this office is not providing any service to the villagers. Villagers have to travel a long distance to reach either Abbottabad or Havelian Office. Some of the villages like Nagar Tutial, Batangi, Taror, Boreeni, Danna, Raai, Garhi, Khoyeaan and Natror are quite far from Havelian and Abbottabd cities.

People of these villages are very upset with the situation. Same ID card which is available to all citizens of Pakistan in some hundred rupees, cost more than 5 thousand rupees to these villagers. They travel, they have to stay in the city and they have to take off from their daily wages.

Names of few people of these villages who approached Havelian.Net are following

Muhammad Qamar, Raja Tariq, Raja Muhammad Naseer, Mohib ur Rehman, Habib ur Rehman, Fareed Sb, and Riaz Sb.
