Ingredients:

1 cup powderd milk
1 tsp oil
1 egg white
1 liter milk
1 cup sugar
5 cardemoms
6-8 almonds

Method:

Boil 1 liter milk. Add sugar and cardemoms in it.Milk should be boiled until it remains half of it.And becomes thick.Now take powderd milk, oil and egg white and mix it very well.Then make small balls of the mixture.Pour them in the boiling milk.The balls will blossom and become double of the size.Now take this off.Pour it in a dish.Decorate it with almonds.Now cool it in the fridge for half an hour.
Your dish is ready ,serve it and eat.
