Its been a great problem for the people of Havelian and other relevent areas of Gas and Electricity loadshedding. There is no timing of Load Shedding in region. A specific time is set for Gas load shedding but Many areas of Havelian still don't have Gas and Electricity whole day. 
People of Havelian are deciding to record a protest against the authorities to solve this problem. If this issue will not be solved people will have to come out from there homes and record a massive protest against the authorities.
