Malik Munsif Awan in a Press Conference on Wednesday discussed about the current progress in the development of the Havelian city .Malik Munsif Awan was ex nazim of Havelian city. He was elected two times as a member of Havelian union council and is a famous social personality of Havelian city.

He explained that why the development work in Havelian is slow and gave his views about the local Govt system and Muncipal system. He said that the Muncipal sytem was very beneficial for the people and people were satisfied with that system.
