Mini Stops have become a major hazard for the Traffic
Press Club Havelian: Un authorized mini stops are becoming a major problem in Havelian city area. Despite being the only Bazar for 80 villages Havelian do not have a single parking place. Private as well as Public transport is parked on the main road that causes traffic jams every day.
