A seven year old child was kidnapped from Havelian but after arresting the kidnapper still the child is missing . Yesterday the child name Raessa bibi found to be missing . His family inform the police about the child but police did'nt take any action until the people of Havelian protested against the police . Police took action and arrested the kidnapper but still the child is missing
