Press Club: A 10 years old boy Ismaeel son of Muhammad Taj got injured when Ashfaq son of Muhammad Laal tried to kill him by cutting his throat. The young Ismaeel was rushed to Havelian Hospital in a critical condition. Unfortunately our Tehsil Hospital is not capable to deal with such situation. Hence the young boy is referred to Abbottabd. The young Ismaeel is moved to Abbottabad where he will be operated. 

Havelian is now a Tehsil, and a huge building for hospital is also ready. But unfortunately all emergency cases are still referred to Abbottabad.

May God bless the child but this referral to Abbottabad has taken a lot of precious lives already.
