These days Pakistan cricket board is looking for the new skipper. And most of ex-cricketer just like IMRAN KHAN, RAMIZ RAJA, WASIM AKRAM and MUHAMMAD YOUSUF said that we want a new captain and they want one captain for all three formats.

Some of Ex-cricketers want Sarfaraz Ahmed as a captain for all three formats.

Most of the peoples have their thoughts that azher ali is not fit as an odi captain, even he is not fit for the odi cricket. His batting technique is not according to the one day cricket. Because these days every cricketer is playing with the strike rate almost above 90 and openers are playing almost over 100 strike rate.
If Azhar Ali remains the captain of one day then the boys just like Ahmed shahzad and the senior batsman just like Salman butt who are performing extremely very well in the domestic cricket they will not get the chance to come back in international cricket. But change of captain is not just the solution of Pakistan cricket team. If the all the batting line up flop and bowlers not bowl on the right area where they should pitch the ball then what a captain can do. It is not a game of captain it is game of 11 players.
If selection team and management give a good team to captain then a captain will utilize his batsman and bowlers as much he can. After the retirement of Misbah ul Haq if Sarfaraz Ahmed will lead the test side, will he be able to lead the team as misbah has done in last six years.

Will Sarfaraz Ahmed is able to plan for the next four days after stumps on first day of test match? Will sarfaraz ahmed handled the team during the match during the match when Pakistan cricket team will down and other side will have the upper hand? Will he manage the boys to play for Pakistan not for theirs elf? Will Sarfaraz Ahmed be able to make a good dressing room where all should be well? Will Sarfaraz Ahmed handle the media when team lose? Will Sarfaraz Ahmed takes tough decision when the team not performs very well?

I also have my own suggestion and I also want 1 skipper for all three formats because if there will be three captain for three formats then there will be different thoughts and different Decisions and different strategies. And almost 5 or 6 player’s plays all three formats then that player will fallow three different mindset then how they will perform same in three formats.

My suggestion is that I don’t want sarfaraz ahmed as a skipper of any format. I am not against sarfaz ahmed but I think Pakistan have just better captain than sarfaraz ahmed.

I have three names in my mind

Third one is Baber azam

This guy leads Pakistan u-19 team very well and got Pakistan in final. He himself played a good innings in the final of u-19 cricket world cup. I have another reason to support this guy as a captain because this guy has performed in U.A.E and also in Australia and this guy have ability to perform in difficult situations.

Second one is Haris sohail.

Haris Sohail, a well-known and one of the technical players of Pakistan, This guy has a class in his batting. This guy can play at any venue in any condition this guy has performed In ICC World Cup 2015 and everybody was talking about this guy. And he leads a team in domestic cricket some time. This young gun has good temperament. And have good mind to lead a team.

Last but not the least AHMED SHAHZAD.

This guy has a lot of talent but due to unknown reasons this guy is suffering from being a part of Pakistan cricket team. And I think he might be the best choice for captain of Pakistan side in all three formats. Because everyone knows that he is an aggressive player but he also shows his temperament in test cricket and scored with a high average and in his short career he has his highest score of 176 against newzeland in 2014.

This player lead the kpk team in Pakistan cup 2016 in two matches he and both of these matches kpk have won. And recently he led HBL in departmental cup 2017 and HBL have won it in his captaincy.
